Servicing

Every service starts with a 20 point assessment for safety and road worthiness and advice given on which parts are either worn/damaged and need replacing or when parts are likely to need replacing based on pattern of use. This is a FREE service. Friendly service and honest advice comes as standard and we believe there's no such thing as a daft question, so please, just ask it.

Roadside Rescue

In the event of breakdown mid-ride, we can come to you anywhere in the EX22/23 postcode areas, subject to availability and repair at roadside so you can safely continue your ride. In the event that a repair cannot be affected roadside, we can carry rider and bike to the workshop at Grimscott, Bude and repair there subject to necessary parts being available.

Mobile Service and repair

If you are unable to bring your bike to our workshop in Grimscott, Bude, we can come to you - anywhere in the EX22/23 postcode areas. All servicing is done at our workshop but minor tweaks and repairs can be done at your premises subject to a safe and dry place to work. Any work that is completed on your bike will be done so by a Cytech level 2 accredited bicycle mechanic with over a decade of experience. So rest assured your bicycle will be in safe hands.

New Bike Build

If you have recently purchased your new shiny bike off the internet and it’s been delivered to your home in a box we can build it up for you to meet BS6102 part 1, 1992.

Mobile mechanic Bike Event cover

We have several years experience managing ride security and can provide mobile/static mechanic cover to your bike event. We have covered Ride London, Deloitte Ride Across Britain and numerous Bike fests. We carry VHF radios tuned to your ride control frequency and have £2M public liability cover and being cyclists ourselves are pretty quick at dealing with punctures and snapped chains to get your riders back in the saddle.
